"Tracy is a phenomenal fitness instructor. I have enjoyed every class I have taken with her, from yoga to Zumba.

She brings so much energy, originality, and passion to her classes. The routines are always well thought out and prepared while at the same time responsive to the needs of the participants. She connects her students to their bodies and spirits in a way that is both fun and transformational.
