Yoga

The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be experienced to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Don’t be intimidated, yoga is for everyone.

Zumba

Added benefits from Zumba classes, you will get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Pilates Mat

Mat-based Pilates classes focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Suitable for all levels. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel lean, strong, and toned.

Fit 5 Strength

Fit 5 is a plan for physical activity, nutrition, and hydration. It can improve your health and fitness to make you the best athlete you can be.
